2. Website hosting

This website is hosted using Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps.

When the website is accessed, technical request data may be processed where necessary to deliver the requested content, maintain the security and stability of the service, and investigate technical problems. This data may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer information sent by the browser, browser and device information, operating system, and the response status.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Flyora has a legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable, and technically functional website.

Microsoft processes data on behalf of Flyora under the applicable Microsoft contractual and data-protection terms. Azure uses globally distributed infrastructure. Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, Microsoft applies the safeguards provided in its contractual and data-protection arrangements.

Flyora does not use a separate visitor analytics system and does not intend to enable Azure Application Insights for this website.

3. Contact by email

The website does not use a contact form. Selecting the email link opens the visitor’s own email application.

If you contact Flyora by email, the information you provide, including your email address and the content of your message, is processed to respond to your inquiry. Email is provided through Microsoft 365.

If your message concerns a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other inquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Flyora’s legitimate interest in responding to relevant correspondence.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The public website does not use analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or non-essential cookies. It does not intentionally store information in local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB.

A consent banner is therefore not currently used. This will be reviewed if the website’s functionality or service configuration changes.

5. Local media and external links

Fonts, images, and videos displayed directly on this website are served as local website assets. The website does not embed third-party video players, social-media feeds, maps, or externally hosted fonts.

The website contains links to external services, including the Apple App Store and GitHub. Simply displaying these links does not establish a connection to those services. If you follow an external link, the destination provider is responsible for the processing that occurs on its website or service.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and email communication, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Flyora does not sell personal data and does not disclose website visitor data for advertising purposes.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.

Technical data associated with website delivery, security, and troubleshooting is retained according to the applicable service configuration and only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Email correspondence is deleted when the inquiry has been resolved and continued storage is no longer necessary, unless legal retention requirements apply or the information is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Subject to the requirements of the GDPR, you may have the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate personal data;

Flyora does not use automated decision-making or profiling in connection with this website.
